Gabriella Perez

Gabriella Perez is an experienced collection manager dedicated to the physical care and logistical management of Post-War and Contemporary art. Her expertise lies in cataloging, condition reporting, exhibition installation, and contract negotiation, as well as the safe handling, packing, and storage of objects. She has managed complex installations and international shipping projects. She joined Longstead Holdings in 2025, bringing a wealth of experience from her work at Pace Gallery, Magazzino Italian Art, and Michael Rosenfeld Gallery.

Gabriella is also an independent fine art appraiser specializing in Post-War, Contemporary, and Emerging art. With an in-depth understanding of primary and secondary markets, she prepares professional, qualified reports for insurance, charitable donation, and estate tax liability purposes. She is an Accredited Member of the Appraisers Association of America and USPAP compliant through January 2026.

She holds a BA from the American University of Paris and a MA from the Institute of Fine Arts, NYU – both in Art History – and a certificate in Appraisal Studies from NYU.

Gabriella is the Vice President of the Alumni Association of the Institute of Fine Arts, NYU, a member of the Association for Registrars & Collections Specialists, and a proud volunteer at the Lower East Side Ecology Center.
